Managing Email in RemarkablePanel
How to create mailboxes, configure aliases, set up forwarders, and access webmail in RemarkablePanel.
Create a mailbox

Or via the panel: open the mailbox → Open Webmail.
Email aliases
An alias delivers mail to an existing mailbox without requiring a separate login:
- Open the website → Email → Aliases → Add Alias
- Set the alias address (e.g.
info@yourdomain.com) - Set the destination mailbox
- Click Add
Mail to info@yourdomain.com now arrives in the destination mailbox.
Email forwarders
Forwarders redirect mail to another address (including outside your domain):
- Email → Forwarders → Add Forwarder
- Set the source address and destination
- Toggle Keep a local copy if you also want it in a local mailbox
- Save
Change mailbox password
- Open the website → Email → Mailboxes
- Click the mailbox
- Enter and confirm the new password
- Save
Delete a mailbox
- Email → Mailboxes → find the mailbox
- Click the trash icon → Confirm
Email storage usage
The mailbox list shows storage used vs quota for each mailbox. If a mailbox is full:
- New mail is rejected with a bounce
- Increase the quota: click the mailbox → update Storage Quota → Save
