RemarkableCloud

Client Area: Overview & Getting Started

How to log into your RemarkableCloud client area, view invoices, manage your services, open support tickets, and update your account details.

Your RemarkableCloud client area is the central hub for managing your account: view and pay invoices, see your active services, open and track support tickets, and manage your billing details. This guide walks through the key sections and the most common tasks.

Logging in

Your client area is at:

https://manager.remarkablecloud.com

Use the email address and password you set when you signed up. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email.

Protect your account by enabling 2FA after logging in. Go to Hello [your name] → Security Settings → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup steps. We strongly recommend this: your client area has access to your servers and billing.

Dashboard

After logging in you land on the client area dashboard showing:

  • Active services: your Cloud Cubes and any add-ons
  • Recent invoices: outstanding and recently paid
  • Open support tickets: any tickets waiting for a response
  • Account notices: important announcements from RemarkableCloud

Viewing and paying invoices

  • Go to Billing → Invoices.
  • You'll see all invoices with their status: Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue.
  • Click any invoice to view the full breakdown: services, amounts, and due date.
  • To pay an unpaid invoice, click Pay Now and choose your payment method.
  • If you've saved a payment method, invoices are charged automatically on their due date. You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment. To update your saved payment method, go to Billing → Payment Methods.

    Managing your services

  • Go to Services → My Services.
  • You'll see all your active Cloud Cubes and add-ons with their status, renewal date, and price.
